Default NEED PICS! Difference between 36 and 50mm offset for 17x11....I've already searched!

I am going to buy some wheels for my Formula, and would love to see the differences between the 36mm and 50mm offset for 17x11 wheels. I don't want the wheel to go past the fender....i think that would look wierd. I also have the pro-kit on the car.

Thanks in advance!

This guy has the 36mm offset Zr1's on his formula.

I'm sure you can fine a pic of a 50mm offset Zr1 in this thread:

I think you will be happy with the 50mm offset since the 36 may require you to roll your outer fender lip.

Nope. Didn't have to do any cutting, beating or banging. They just bolted right on.

i have a TA and a Z28, i had 36 mm offset zr1s on the z and they stuck way to far out. Then i put them on the TA, PERFECT. The actual fender to fender width on a TA is about 1.5-2 inches wider. Which makes the 36's percect. Then i bought 50's for the Z, perfect!
