Default Bad Vibration

I'm gettting a bad vibration in the sterring wheels above 60 mph. There is no vibration when braking, so I know its not the rottors. I have put 7,000 miles on the car since I have owned it. The tires were almost new when I got it at 21K miles. This vibration has started and gotton worse in the past 2,000 miles. Do they just need to be rotated or is something else wrong?

Have you hit any pot holes? Have checked to make sure the lug nuts are all tight? Either way, I'd take it to a tire shop to get it looked at.

Got it looked at. All 4 tires were out of balance. Also, 3 out of 4 rims are bent. The rear were the worst so they said not to rotate the tires. They rebalanced them and no more steering wheel shake. Only $35. But the bent rims thing is bothering me and now I can't rotate tires. Im wondering if it would be worth it now to get new rims. What do you guys suggest? I was thinking about 18" chrome C5 Y2K, 1998 style chrome 17" WS6s/Firehawks, or chrome 18" ZO6s.

P.S. I've got base model silver 16X8s on it now.
