Wheel & Tire question!!

Wheel & Tire question!! I am considering getting new wheels + tires for my 1996 Z28.
I have five choices
1: Cragar SS Pic here (the ones in front)
2: The ZR1 replicas Pic here
3: The late style SS 10 spokes Pic on car
4: C5 18' wheels Pic here
5: Z06s Pic here
The problem with choice number one is that they only come in 18*9. i don't know if i can fit a 275 tire on them in the back. Does anybody know? Also what about eibach lowering springs and koni shocks, would i have any clearance problems? I think choice 2-5 are the easiest to put on and you can put big tires on them but they are just too common. What do you think?
For the tires I also have no idea which ones to get, because it is a daily driver that rarely sees snow. 275 Eagle F1?!?!
