essanza evo-z tires?
im looking at buying a set of black 17x9.5 zr1 wheels off ebay from AFS, they come with 275/40 essanza evo-z tires. does anyone have these tires or heard about them? if you have are they any good? hows the wet/dry traction, handling, and do they wear fast? because i need a good set of tires that will last awhile.
thanks guys

my friend's running essenza "type r's" they are cheap in price, like nexen n3000, look nice and perform well. they're nothing like a pilot sport, a pirelli rosso, or a avs yoko, but they're MUCH better than something in its class like a ecsta supra 712. mho after riding on all these brands.

I bought a set off Ebay from AFS ... love them ... got the black chrome ZR1's with the 275/40/17 Essenza EVO-Z tires.
They stick just about as good as my old F1 GS-D3's and have a VERY similar tread pattern ... wear rating is 420, dry traction rating is AA, and temp rating is A. This rating combination is truely amazing. I've only ridden on them for about 100 miles thusfar, but, it's enough for me to see they are a top-notch tire ... talking about a smooth riding tire and it offers superiority performance compared to other tires in it's price range.
I have pics if anybody would like to see them on my car.

I seen a seller saying they are exactly the same tire as the Goodyear F1 GS-D2's, but then seen people post they are simular to the F1 GS-D3's. All I know is they are a off brand of Goodyear. I seen site with pics of the F1 GS-D2's and they looked the same.
