Anyone with American Racing Wheels? Where on the inside of the wheel is the backspacing or offset llisted? Thanks.

I measured the backspacing on the wheels and it's 6.5", how do I calculate the offset from this? What is the standard backspacing on our cars?
I purchased some American Racing 200S wheels from a board member and am curious why the front two wheels stick out farther than the rears? The backspacing is the same on all the wheels.
