Can you get 315/40 R17 tires on a lowered car? I have an eibach pro kit and was wondering if I would be able to get 315/40 R17 tires to fit without running?

my car is lowered and i barely used a BFH mod....they fit well but i might need to get the fenders rolled. and i would do a 315/35/17 cause ive never heard of a 40
