can i mount a 10 inch tire on a 9 inch rim??

Do you have the real ZR1's from an SS or the replica's? I'm just making sure you have a 9" wheel and not the 9.5". I have the replica's with the 9.5" wheel and I have 275's on the back and 245's up front.

i am trying to make them fit under a 67 camaro. i do have...i think that they are 2 inch or inch and 3/4 spacer. would they??

Yes that is the factory size wheel and tire on a modern Camaro SS.

they are the gm wheel b/c it has the gm logo on the rim.

Those are the factory size tire on the factory rim of course they will fit.
