Default Affordable wheels, come in!

I seen tons of cars with Z06, ZR1, TT2's, Privats, SS, HP Evo's etc, but want to see some brands that are affordable that people have. I know companies like MB Motoring, ROH, etc make the correct bolt pattern for the F Body and brands in the 5x120 that would need a hubcentric ring, could people post Wheels we dont see everyday. I am getting wheels in the next 2 weeks and don't want the wheels I see everyday. I have looked at Ruff racing wheels, ROH, DeZenyo Vapors, Hot Wheels 69, Eagle 212's. I haven't decided on black or not, car is sebring silver with factory Ground fx.

My favorite wheels right now by far are 17x9 ROH RT's with the black ice finish.

Saw some on a T/A once and they look spectacular!

When you say affordable....whats your price range? Im currently waiting for my Evo's to arrive 19x9.5 all four corners. I went for them because in that size and with that lip (3.5") their price is hard to beat. Hell, the tires went for more than the rims!! lol!! Im still deciding if I will lower the thing or leave it stock height. This car will possibly never see a dragstrip, its more of a ProTouring kind of toy!

Looking at around $1,500 with tires. Since I have the 16x8 wheels now I couldn't get by with 17's and reusing tires.

I seen some Fondmetal 9GR in a polished black and think they look really nice, simular to the ROH RT with the black ice finish, but a polished black instead of painted. Seen them on discount tire, but size only said 18x8 in the correct offset. Price is good too at about $200 a wheel. Also the MB wheels, pics below.

To me 8" wide is too thin for f-bodies, minimum should be 9". What sizes are you looking for?? That Fondmetal wheel is sick!!

I'd definitely lower it with 19's or it will look like a monster truck.

I guess the 16x8s look ok at stock height because the black tires blend into the wheel well....well.

I can't lower it, I did LT headers and where I work there is a huge hill and flattens, I have to edge it slowly to one side just to clear it now I think the Fondmetal wheels look bada$$, but widest I seen is 18x8 in our bolt pattern, I'd like 18x9 or 9.5.

hmm if you're worried about clearence why not get some 17s instead? 18s tend to look somewhat goofy without at least a small drop, but 17s IMO look quite good at stock ride height. Also many more 17s out there than 18s.

hey lt1fbody355 where are you getting your rims widened at? I love the way my firehawk rims look but i just bought the bfg gforce d/r's in a 315/35 17 and they overhang bad making either new back wheels or stretching my exisiting ones necessary. Maybe I can find 2 17x11 wheels at a decent price that will look similar to my hawk ones i dunno but i need to do something.

I'm wanting 17x9.5, but since I have been looking it is easier to find 18's.

do you just not want z06's, zr1's, ttII's or something? cause you can get zr1's or z06's with tires on ebay for the price range you are looking for.

I was wanting something a little different. I was going to get the Black Z06 motorsport wheels and trying to see if there is something affordable that would look good on the car other than the typical wheels everyone has. I do like the black Privats, but they are backordered forever.
