Default 295 tires on a 9.5" wide rim?

How do they fit? Will they fit? Any buldges? Anyone have this setup? Any pics?

Per manufacturer's recommendations 295's require a 10" wheel. . . .

I cannot believe that a shop mounted 295's on 8.5" wide wheel for you - pathetic.

If they are allready mounted then I wouldn't worry about it but if I had to do it all over again, I would get a bigger rim or smaller tires. I'm sure they will be fine.

I would do a 285mm. That should be perfect. Or even a 275mm.

Well I have 275 kuhmo street tires but wanna go with a wider drag radial on the same rim. I've just heard 295s will do.

Yes a 295 will fit on a 9.5 inch wheel. 10 would be better. I have them mounted on a 9 inch wheel and have autox the hell out of them and had no problems at all.
