painted wheel wells?
I did mine because I used to use tire shine on the wheel wells for car shows to make it look good so I was bored one Saturday and got a 2-3 cans of high gloss black spray paint, threw a cheap car cover that I keep around for that type of thing on the body, taped the lip of the fenders and sprayed the entire wheel well. It turned out nice. I still put tire shine on it though...habit I guess. 
Make sure you wash the wheel wells very well first. Allow for a couple of hours to dry as well.
Good luck, there aren't dramatic looks to be had with this mod. It just more of an **** thing I did. It's a good way to waste a few hours on a Saturday though.
