M/T or Nittos?

M/T or Nittos? My current mods are headers, ORY, slp lid, flowmaster, cutout, 323s, custom tune. I will be getting sphon lower control arms and a 4000 stall put on real soon and I need to know what kind of drag radial to get. My options are 275-40-17 M/T or 315-35-17 Nittos. Which would work better for me interms of getting traction at the track?

And the M/T's have the least amount of life, BFG's better, & Nittos the best. Which makes sense, the better the traction the softer the compound & faster it wears out.

if you are putting them on the stock wheels it doesn't matter if you run a larger size, because the 315's will bulge on the sides and you will get the same traction as a set of 275's. if you are putting them on larger wheels the m/t would still hook up better.

i run mts on my car right now and im driving it everyday rigth now till i pick up a new truck for the winter...they drive great i just dont drive them in the rain
they do wear very fast but they will last a season of moderate drivin and trips to the track and i would not ask a drag radial to last more then one season

the nittos are only good for a normal street tire. i used them as my daily tires on my 240sx the past season. i was able to cut a 1.90 60' to run 12.2 at 112 on my pump gas setup.
trying to launch hard on them is useless. i jsut put bfg DR's on my street wheels, they hook great
