they look like Weld Pro Stars but i can't see them close enough to tell... (and i actually have pro stars myself). Could also be a Bogart star wheel but i need to see a closer pic...

I had the Bogart D-10s and am replacing them with the Bogart P-1 Welded RT's
Been waiting now for about 3 weeks....Soon, VERY Soon.
Any Problems running them on the Street?
I thought Bogart ONLY made wheels that were NOT intended for Hwy. use.
Mine will be for Race ONLY
