new tires?

new tires? Due to a misalignment problem the outer edge of both my front tires are worn down but mainly the front right one(down to the white part of the sidewall). I need to get an alignment now and two new front tires. But im on a tight budget. the ones that were in the front were Eagle F1 275-40-17 on 17" American Racing TT II's. I want to know if i can get smaller tires like 255's or 245's and not have any problems, and whats a good tire i can get for cheap, i was thinking the 245/45ZR-17 BFG G-FORCE T/A's . ANY help would be great thanks guys!!!!
