My buddy took some pictures of my car for me. I finally got these z07s mounted on. They are similar to C6 Z06 but resemble the old c5 z06 wheels.
I know I know I need to lower the car. These rims are 18x9.5 all the way around sporting 275/35s
I know my car is very beat up. Its been a bastard child for a while when it wasn't running correctly, but now the pauper shall come back as the prince soon.
Lemme know what ya'll think

Thanks for the input guys. Yeah the car will be lowered soon. as for the wheel wells that will be takin car of as well. I've had the car since high school then I left to the marine reserves and been in and out of the country a couple of times and for those year long trips my parents never really took good care of the car. It developed an Idle problem before leaving to iraq and no one could fix it so my parents never really drove the car and just let it sit out side. I plan on removing the yellow inserts and painting the calipers black and having a chrome Trans Am sticker on it. Also plan on getting some paint redone to the front clip from some scrapes and my buddy that backed up into my nose of the car (minor paint chip)
Any ideas on what springs and shocks to go with?

I would go with the H&R springs. You will also need to get new shocks if you haven't yet. Re-valved Bilstein or KYB would be a good choice and you can get those from Strano. I have always used H&R, loved the ride feel, and the price isn't bad either. I am swapping out my stock SS rims with a set of 18s all around as well here shortly depending on tax return and deployment cash.

lil tip, spray the inside of your wheel wells with tire gloss spray (whatever brand you use) and you won't get that ugly grey wheel gap that crys out for lowering!!! at least for pictures it helps

yes yes that will be done to the wheel wells. The car is comming out hibernation since I've been in iraq. Its been abused (not maintained) by my parents and myself cuz the car was just plain retarded when we could not get it to idle correctly. Finally got it idling and slowly we are getting it back to show worthiness.
