I was wondering if anyone is running Draglites up front something wider than a skinny ?Like maybe a 15x5 or 15x7. If so what size wheel, tire and backspacing works?
I'd like to put draglites on my car. I was considering buying a set with skinnies and use them for the track, keeping my current 17" wheels with tires for the street. The car isn't a daily driver and I know in my laziness I wouldn't feel like swapping tires out all the time and would most likely end up leaving the Draglites on most the time. I know some of you have said they are ok for every day street driving but if it was possible I'd rathar have something a little wider than a skinny up front and then maybe just sell my other set.
A friend of mine has the 15x7 Draglites with 215/65/15 radials up front on his Grand National. I think the backspacing/offset is different on those cars but would something like this work ?
If you have any pictures that would be great.
thanks
