Rolling Fender Lip

I'm looking at getting some wider wheels. Does anyone have a write-up on how to roll the fender lip? I searched but am not getting any results. I'm also looking at renting a fender roller if anyone has info on that. Thanks!

Talk to a guy named Kevin (69TA) I believe. He will rent you a roller and it comes with foolproof instructions. Highly recommended to do business with.
