Question broken wheel stud

I was taking off my wheel and one of my rear wheel studs broke. I heard that all you have to do is hammer it out but its being difficult. Any suggestions? I put some pics of the stud below. Thanks

knock the **** out of it...it is just pressed in. Then you will need to remove the abs sensor on that backing plate and it will slide out that hole

When you knock it out just make sure it is lined up with the little divit in the backing plate. It gives you just enough clearance to get the stud out and the new one in. Just buy one or two extra cheepy lug nuts and use a wrench to suck the new stud in.

Just got one of mine replaced. They broke it a Discount tire and they paid to get it fixed. All they did was knock the old one out and pull the new one in place. Didnt take very long.....

just knock the bitch out with a hammer.

I've read here to cut part of the new stud into a D shape so that it slides in easier
