broken wheel stud I was taking off my wheel and one of my rear wheel studs broke. I heard that all you have to do is hammer it out but its being difficult. Any suggestions? I put some pics of the stud below. Thanks
When you knock it out just make sure it is lined up with the little divit in the backing plate. It gives you just enough clearance to get the stud out and the new one in. Just buy one or two extra cheepy lug nuts and use a wrench to suck the new stud in.
Just got one of mine replaced. They broke it a Discount tire and they paid to get it fixed. All they did was knock the old one out and pull the new one in place. Didnt take very long.....

yeah get a bigger hammer! i just threaded a lugnut on mine and beat them out. Also i put in longer ARP studs for my WELDS and i had to gring a half circle out of the backing plate to get the long *** ARP's in
