No, thats why I only said I hadn't heard of any..I'm sure if somebody gets stupid with the grinder they can remove too much material.

This is what mine ended up looking like after grinding for my 15x10s, I pretty much took the bare minimium for them to clear.

whats that hole at the top of the caliper mounting bracket? Did you break through? Looks like mine.... and I need to know if I'm F***ed.

Bringing this back because I just did my calipers and mine look kinda like the photo above. The same spot on top and bottom is kinda pitted and almost looks like a little crack or something. Almost like i went through the bracket but I didnt. I took the bare minimum off and actually probably still needs some more but they spun when I tightened them down so I went with it. Any of you guys who have had yours look like the ones in the pictrures have any problems yet?

yeah and way more $! I have grinded about 10 sets of calipers and not one of them have had any problems. 3 of those sets look like chrome after i polished them. If you getthe smoother enought to polish and to paint you ca never tell.

Yes!, but only if you dont get too crazy and go to far. Grind then put wheel on and check and keep doing till its just not touching. You get some people that are in a hurry and try to grind it all at once and end up going to far.
