And a 315mm tire weighs a lot more than a 275mm wide tire. In our universe, material has mass. It takes more material to make wider rims, and wider tires....hence, more mass. Cliffsnotes: You will lose more power through the drivetrain with wider wheels and tires.

If you want a dyno queen, you can always put the donut spare on when the car is on the dyno!

Show them a pic of my rims, I never seen anyone refinish the inside of the bowl so the welds wouldn't show, untill I seen my rims.

Nice! Did they tig it? Wow. I've been wanting to do this to my rims for a long time but I was told it wouldn't work. They look like excellent welds. They really drug them out wide. I'm assuming that's for added strength. I wonder if I could do welds like that. It would probably take some practice. Did they tig weld it? 'cause that's what it looks like to me and that's the only kind I know how to do.
