Default Please read, quick question!

The place I brought my drag radials to be put the Nittos on differently. One side has the treads going up, and the other going down. Does this matter? I think it looks goofy, will it affect performance/wear in any way? Or will it hook the same just as long as the rubber is on the ground?

Are they directional? If so, bring them back they should correct it for free.

If they're laying on their sides they will be going different directions if put on right. They should have the directional arrow in the sidewall and they need to be pointing in the forward direction of the car. I always make sure I tell the tire guys that what I'm bringing in to be mounted is directional so they don't just slap them on without looking. The Mickey Thompson DR's are directional.

I believe the arrows? on the tread point forwards. There are also arrows on the sidewall as well. The direction of the tread is mainly for water evacuation when it rains. I wouldn't want them facing different directions and be caught out in the rain.

Man it's such a pain in the ***. I'll call them tomorrow and see what they will do. They should fix it, but I'm sick waiting and bringing my car places!

Blind, can you take a picture of what you're asking about?

It's a directional tire and the tread should face opposite directions of each other.

Both of the tires are mounted for left side rotation. Take the car to your installer and have them flip the RR over.

Nope, unfortunately not. The directional grooves are there for only one reason. Water evacuation... Water won't flow as well through the tire when it's mounted backwards.

Thanks for your order.

I got it. Went to the place I got them put on and they got me in right away. Even though they put 35 PSI in it, for regulations, I was quick to drop it. :-D
