Hey Chris,
I ordered some tires from you guys before, some Michelins for my mom's Benz, and the current Yokohamas I have on the car now.
My rear Yokohama AVS Sports still have thread left, but I got zero traction, it really sucks. Between the Yokos and the Good Year GS-D3, which ones would you recommend? I dunno if I should go with the Yokos again or try the GS-D3? Between the two of them, which ones are wider in actual width or are they pretty much the same?
Still trying to decide...thanks!
Manny

Manny, I've had similar poor luck with the Yokos. These tires are HARD it seems, and don't stick nearly as good as the BFG KDW2s or Nittos I've got. Not impressed with the Yokos at all.
Talk about FAST shipping, I ordered 4 Nittos yesterday at lunch, and they arrived on my doorstep this afternoon. Dang!

I have ordered 2 sets of tires in the last 6 months from them and was very happy with there help and fast FREE shipping...
Do you guys still have the free shipping going on?
I also see that your site has been redesigned, and that when i was searching for tires i wasnt getting very many results...is this because you have to search by city now? because when I searched jut by brand, and then tire I could find the sizes I was looking for, even though they werent showing up in the searches.

The Goodyear is by far the better tire of the 2. The Goodyears will run a little bit wider in the same size as well.

Do the Gunmetal Boyd Coddington Smoothie IIs only come in 17x8? I want something for the rear too. Ideally I'd like some 17x9.5 in the front and 17x11 in the rear, but if I could get 17x8 and 17x10 in Gunmetal I'd be happy.
Thanks,

It justifies that it is a worthy cause to have presence on internet forums.

I can order that 17X10 in for you, it'll take about 8-10 weeks.

If anyone out there has never tried DTD, i highly recommend them. Anytime I needed tires, I gave them a call and a day or two later, they were on my at my door. Very good pricing and very convenient. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Thanks for the replies Tony and Chris.
I am gonna have some more fun with these Yokos and will order the GSD3 a bit later in the year....I hope I don't have to get the BFH out AGAIN....I had to do that when I went from the Dunlop SP8000 Sport to the Yokos.
