Which wheels for my z28?
Which wheels for my z28? I just got a 97 z28 and i am planning on putting a ss hood on it and i have the the chrome factory snowflake wheels right now. I am wondering what wheel would make it look the best. ZR1, Y2K, Z06? The more input and pictures the better!
look all through this section, you can see almost any wheel combo you want. I currently have chrome z06's on mine which look amazing, but Iv stepped up a notch and went with the black HP evos which im getting put on next week. You also have to look at what your budget allows.

what colors your can cause all those wheels come i different finishes and the finish can really make a difference, sometimes chrome just doesn't cut it. even though its beautiful and not to hard to keep shinny

Verdad Gallardo My car is a maroon-ish orange color, i think its ceyane red or something like that. And it is a 97 so it's not the same body style as the 98+ camaros. What size z06 wheels are those. I am almost sure i am going to go with 17's so i am thinking either z06 or zr1. Let me know what you think. And keep the input coming!
personally im not a fan of the gunmetal or black rims. I really do like the look of the chrome z06 wheels tho. Would it look just as good if i went 17's all the way around or woulud it look alot better with the wider 18's in back and 17's in front? If i were to get the 17/18 combo, what are tire costs? keep in mind im only a college student. Keep the suggestions coming! By the way, i do feel really inspired to go out and get the z06's. Now i just wish my wallet could get inspired!

I think y2k, z06 and zr1s are kind of played out now. I have 17in zr1s on my car right now and I am seriously thinking about getting rid of them for some HP EVO wheels. HP wheels are in the same price range as y2ks, z06s and zr1s.
if you have to get one of the vette wheels, I say at least get them in gunmetal color.

I have been trying to put some pictures on here of my car but i can't get them to work. If Anyone has a picture of a 97 camaro with chrome z06 wheels or zr1's, please post them. If i were to get z06 wheels, what color should i paint my calipers?
