Default 18" Fikse pics needed...

Does anyone have 18 inch Fikse wheel pics on fbodys? I am looking to get some, and just wondering what they would look like as everyone seems to have 17's.

Some people can afford them . . .

18" x 9.5" front and 18" x 10.5" rear . . . FIKSE Profil 13's . . .

And yes they are VERY Expensive . . .

Lost more pics in the Photo Albums.

The "hoop" is high polished, the center section is "Technipolish" which is a clear coated machine turned finish.

I've had my 18" Fikse for a year now and still haven't put them on the car. They do look lovely sitting upstairs in the lobby though. LOL! I had the same pair as Xsta's made for me. He was the reason I had a pair made because it looked so different and sweet at the same time. Hopefully I'll mount them this summer.

Crash 02 - Have you ever measured the actual face of your wheels? A buddy of mine has stock size FM5s on his ZO6 and the 18s have the same size face as the 17s, I was wondering if the Profil line has larger faces. (I assume they do)

Yes the Profil line has a larger face. That is one advantage to the Profil line.

The "Classic" line was never "designed" for a 18" wheel so the "hoop" steps change to get the 18" wheel. . . .

The "Profil" line was designed with 18" and 19" diameters in mind so the center sections changed sized, one of the main reasons I went with the Profil line over the Classic, when I got my 18" Fikses.

I had to do a search and remind myself how bad I want a set. Andy was able to show me at G11 in person a red SS with Profile fm5's. I fell in love and hope by the end of 2008, I have a set. I would have had a set by now, but the darn 21ft Sea Ray this past year took a large chunk of mod money, but the boats been great.

Don't have a pick of the red SS handy, but here was a 1st gen on the power tour with the same rims.

I love the wheels on the pewter ss in this thread. Just a quick question? Where do you guys get the money to buy these wheels? Do you all have really good jobs or live with your parents or something? I would like to think I have a good job. I work for Halliburton here in Texas and I make pretty good money. I still can't affor these wheels. All of these cars are so HOT!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty poor myself for trying to keep my car and apt going. I like to think that people just eat a lot of ramen noodles to get these kind of wheels and modifications.

Ramen never hurts the bottom line.
