Default 315/60R15 ET Street Radial, will it fit?

Guys, have any of you used a tire this big with stock wheel tubs and some trimming of the body panels? I currently have 28x13.50 Hoosier Quick Time Pros and they clear fine (although i have not used them yet while driving). I have adjustable lower control arms so I can move the axle back and forth.

Specs on the above et radial are:

Tire Compound: R2
Tire Overall Diameter: 29.8''
Average Roll Out/
Circumference: 94''
Tire Tread Width: 11.0''
Tire Section Width: 13.4''
Wheel Diameter: 15''
Spec Wheel Width: 10''
Tire Weight: 40.0 lbs
Size Equivalent: 30'' x 13.50'' - 15''

I have 4.56's in the car and would rather have the bigger tire then take the 4.56s out.

And i'm not scared to use the BFH, i've already done so quite a bit. Car has no bump stops either. Thanks.
