Default Anyone have a 65mm offset on their rear wheels?

Does anybody have a 65mm offset on their rear wheels prefibly 18x9.5's. I really would like to know what i am going to have to do make them work and look right. from what i have found so far they are not going to work right out of the box..... please help me!

3/4" to 1" adapters for the best appearance. . .

65mm + 1" adapter = 40mm offset, should work just fine.

Well if you want the good spacers that bolt on to the hub, it will run you about $150 a pair if I remember correctly.
