Not thier wheels in General but thier customer service. If you have them in stock i would consider, but ive read where they send rims out and its the wrong bolt pattern and wont accept the rim back and if they do they only give you half the money.
They lost my business when I called them and was about to order but wanted to see (in person) the difference between their Gunmetal and Silver finishes to see which would look best on my car. I'm not about to spend $3500+ dollars on rims and not like the color I had the choice of picking. I requested a sprayout or swab of the colors and they said there was nothing they could do, so I called Forgeline and they were willing to try and send the samples and dealt with me on price, so now I have 19x9.5 and 20x13 inch wheels on order...
ifryrice - I have not heard anything about wheels being sent out with the wrong bolt pattern and then not being able exchange. In any case if any company sends you a part if it is a 12 bolt to a blinker if they say it works and it doesn't then they should always return it.
GrnDargon - I am sorry that iForged didn't help you as much as you would have liked. We will try and help as much as possible. When I get some free time I will give iForged a call and ask them about samples and I will also mention some the thoughts of customers, but for the mean time we are giving out great deals on these wheels so give us a call, I promise our customer service will exceed expectation.

I ordered from Iforged on January 28, just tried to e-mail and call (left voice mail) on monday and tuesday and still haven't heard from anybody yet. I've already been charged half and have no idea what stage my wheels are in. I'm not mad but someone needs to clarify with me soon.

No issues, best mod I've done to the car yet. Top quality wheels, and they draw ALL the attention. Got mine in 5.5 weeks, Vince communicated with me then, and still does. As I said, I've had no issues, and Vince is ALWAYS willing to help answer my questions.
I'm ordering two more sets for my car.
Another set of 18" Senekas with a 4" lip that will go on my new rear (cut axles). And a set of 19" Classics, just for bling.

I can understand to if they are swamped, I just like little an update. I'm going to leave a message again and I'm not that worried. Maybe they will show up this week. All I really want is to know when they did/will ship. I haven't been charged for the other half yet, just checked. I don't care if it takes another 5 weeks the quality is worth the wait.
