Lug Nuts - Weld Draglite XPs - Eradispeed Rotors??

I recently bought a set of Weld Draglite XP wheels from a forum member. The fronts are a 15x4 and the rears are 16x9. The rears went on with no problem. However the fronts are having clearance issues.
I didn't think about the fact that the rotors on my car are the Baer Eradispeeds. I was told that theres only about 1/16" of grinding needed on the calipers...with stock rotors. We didn't realize rotor thickness was an issue until after we ground down the drivers side. After taking a significant amount of material off the caliper we tried a 5/16" spacer. This worked, but we could only turn the lugs about 4 threads.
Does anyone have any ideas on this issue? Thought about trying longer lugs, but can't seem to find anything longer than what I already have. Thought about trying longer wheels studs but then the lug won't slide into the spacer to take up that slack. Anybody have any suggestions?

15x3.5 plain old draglites...not the xp's? I thought the XP series were supposed to fit 'better' than the original draglites. Any other info I need about these...I mean I don't want to spend the money ordering the 3.5's and still have these same issues. I may look into this, these 15x4 fronts are a little heavier than I'd hoped though.
