Bought a pair of zr1's from them and one was bent, but they shipped the other one within a week, so it was an OK transaction.

I bought my ZR1s (polished) from OE Wheels (on ebay, moore9111 or something like that)... Called in ahead of time, the guy was busy but answered all my questions, said the shipping would take less than a week (and he was correct)... The reason I went with Polished was because these are in-expensive wheels, and you arent going to get high quality chrome for cheap, and Polished wheels you can always work on.

I had a good, if not great, experience dealing with them... They have alot of feedback, and I can understand there are sometimes going to be problems. Id buy from them again.

Scotty-Z: Your post about them is what led me to LS1tech in the first place (thank you for that), I was seeing if there were any complaints about them, saw yours, but ended up getting my from them anyways.

Knock on wood.

Edit: I believe I bought about one year ago... Could have been April-June though.

I got a set of Z06 rims from them. The wheels were nice, the customer service was fine. No problems here.

That's odd. I've bought two sets of wheels from them in the past. One set was a set of chrome Y2K's, came perfect condition....Then I ordered a set of polished ZR1's, sent in the cash, and got told they were on major backorder....Ended up getting the more expensive black ones for 419.00 shipped!! Great customer service in my book!

I just bought a set of black 17x9.5/17x11s from them off ebay. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.

Sounds like everyone who has had problems bought the chrome ones...

You sure it was from OE Wheels? Because Ive never seen them sell tires with Nittos, usually they come with either Hankooks or Sumitomos... Thats the reason I ordered just the rims from them and got the tires from DTD.

When I bought my rims from Tomz they told me that Factory Reproductions were the ones that had the correct offset for our cars. I bought the 18 x 9.5/10.5 combo in the chrome z06. Don't know if that is any help but I saw a question asking about the one's from Tomz. I didn't have any problems with them at all btw.

Here at Tomzwheels along with some other great distributors we do carry the line of wheels from O. E. Concepts which is based in Grand Junction Colorado. We also have auctions on Ebay as well as our website and local shop.

OE Wheels out of Florida is a totally seperate company and we are not associated with them.

Thanks

Tom

im not one to bash or talk bad about people...especially on the internet cause i just find it tacky and immature...but i had ordered a set of the Black Z06 motorports rims from TomZwheels...and i had a relatively unhappy time with them....i ordered my rims on a sunday online...gave 'em a call the next day just to check and see if they got the order...they did...so a week and a half later..still no rims?...i call 'em up and they're like "well we have your money from the credit card but no order?" so my order was "lost"....then they tell me that they were gonna have a set "drop shipped" right to me. so another week later still no rims...give 'em a call again and somehow the rims were there with them?..bottom line it took me about a month to get my rims from TomZwheels. when i did get them..not that it's a huge deal..the inside of all the rims were scrapped up from shipping cause those little plastic rings are only on the face of the rim.....that made me kindof unhappy that it took so long though...but whatever they're on now and i'm relatively satisfied with them

would you spend $800 and accept defects, if you are not a moron you wouldnt, ive had over 14 sets of rims in my life on different cars/trucks , rims were new and used and never had one problem. even with the chrome plated steel american racing rims the ones that are $79 a peice, seen better quality at a junkyard.
