Like I said Dallas, I do this stuff for a living.

I compare the GSD3s to the ES-100s (which I hate). And in that case, they are the better tire. They are definately stiffer, and better in the dry as well. But they are absolutely no where close to the KDs, or the PS. In the rain? Maybe, to tell you the truth, I really haven't driven those on the edge in the rain.

Dry conditions the PS and KD are wayyy ahead. And IMO, this is where it counts. If you're driving one of these cars ***** to the wall, in the rain... Well to each their own, but the PS and KD get the job done fine. I'd give the nod to the PS and PS2 here.

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to spend the extra money for Michelins. In general the PS2's will cost you about what the Pilot Sports will cost, so I see no reason not to go with the PS2's. I haven't run GS-D3's myself, but to me tires are like brakes or suspension - there are better places to take risks...

Well I've used all 3 and my experience was that dry traction was not that far off between the 3. Wet traction the KD was absolutely horrible. The PS was decent. The PS and KD did have stiffer sidewalls and felt more precise so for a dry only tire I would agree they would be the better choice.

Here you go.
