Will 2nd gen wheels fit my 4th gen? My dad has a 79 Trans Am with 15X8 Snowflake rims. Will these work on my 99 WS6 TA? I just want them for when I go to the track, so I can put some 15 inch rims with DRs that will have taller sidewalls than my stock 17s. Any thoughts? Thanks.

NO. They are the wrong offset and most likely won't clear your brakes either. Just pick up a cheap set of 16" stockers and put some 255/50/16 MT DR's on them.
