I got new tires
I got BF Goodrich Kdws on all fours. I got a awesome price on them at America's tire. $108 for each. I had Fuzion Zr1's. Now for my review on them. The car no longer wonders all over bumpy roads as it did with the Fuzions. The ride is firmer but I can feel what the car is doing now. On the negative side they don't have near the traction off the line that the Fuzion's did. I can easily spin them compared to the Fuzions wouldn't spin they would just wheelhop badly. I need rear shocks. I have driven them in light rain and they seem ok. With the Fuzions I didn't have to worry about sliding in the rain, they had great traction in the rain. I'll see how the BF's do in floody roads.

I'd think the KDW's would be a better tire, especially on dry pavement. Atleast you are staying on the ground instead of getting wheel hop. I cant believe you are getting wheel hop with LCA's. Once I got mine, wheel hop was gone. (Bad shocks even)

The Kdw's were $40 more for each one. Now after more roadtime these tires suck for off the line traction. They just spin way to easily where as the Fuzion's only once did they spin a lot on a launch. Oh well I'll have to relearn how I drive.

I just read on Tirerack about breaking in new tires. Now I know why I have traction problems. I will just take it slow until I've put 500 miles on them. I did lots a searches on these tires on here and on Yahoo and Tirerack. All the reviews were very good on High HP cars. I probable had such great traction with the Fuzion tire because they were worn way down.

I just went opposite of what you did. I had the kdws and went to fuzions. IMO the kdws was a better tire all around. I had better traction on dry, wet, and snow pavement, better handling, and less road noise. After all the "great" reviews the fuzions were having, I thought I'd try them out. So far I wish I would have stayed with the kdws's.
