Traction problems...Good Tires??
Traction problems...Good Tires?? I have Yokahoma 275 40 17 on my WS.6, the guy who I bought the car from said he paid around $175 a piece for them. But since my recent SLP mods I can't hook up at all, I have to baby it through 1st and 2nd and watch myself in 3rd. Are there really good street tires out there??....the catch, at a an affordable price??
One tire comes to mind... Nitto 555R. 
I have a lot more power than you and I'm really pissed at my lack of traction. I drag 10 feet of rubber powershifting 4th gear on the interstate!
I plan to widen my rear Firehawk rims to 11" and put those Nitto drag radials on. Those are the best drag radials on the market as far as wear, cornering, price, and durability go....
I've done exhaustive research and the 555r's are the result. -Joshua
