Default Question about Torque Thrust II's !!!!!!!

I'm looking to get a set of Torque Thrust II's this summer. 17's all the way around. 275's in the front and I'm not sure about the rear. Do 315's look good in the back or is it just too much? What should I know before I order these rims? And does anyone have a good rear end picture of 315's on the back of a Trans Am? (98 and up)? Is there a certain offset I should know about also? Thanks everyone, Justin transam_00@sbcglobal.net

I am the last person on this board to jump down someones throat about posting questions. But dude...look around there are so many threads on TT's it's ridiculous. Search the question...and you will find more information than you will know what to do with. As far as do 315's look too much, i don't think anyone will tell you that 315's are too big...most people are trying to find ways to go bigger. Remember, we're men...bigger is better to us.

Haha...as for the original question. It seems that most people who are running TT2's are going with a 17x11 outback. As far as the specifics, like i said...just search. Alot of people are running the Eagle GsD3 something or other tire in 315 on the 17x11 wheel.

Hey 1QUIKWS6, I like your style man. That car looks bad ***. I was thinking about the same tire wheel combo for my black TA as well. How do you like it? is it hard for you to keep your wheels clean? Thanks

Thanx! Well, it's not too bad to keep em' clean - I only take the car out in nice weather & on the weekends. Car never sees even 5K/yr (also helps as here in PA if you drive under 5K/yr you are Emissions Exempt - which means NO emissions test!)

It has never been out in the rain or snow. Basically I polish them with Wenol once per month just to keep them looking good. The brake pads I use are very low dusting also so that helps. I used to polish by hand but will be using the 'ball' this year.

Won't be any lowering on this T/A with the combo of the WW Front Spolier and the much lower WW front air dam that goes along with it - I scrape everytime I pull in/out of my drive as it is...
