Hey guys went to the track last night with some stock 00ws6 17s with mickey thompson et streets and i was spining the wheel in the tire on average 3 inchs each run. every time was only 1.6-1.7 60ft. can i put screws through these rim or would that end in disaster? please help.

what makes you think that you are spinning the wheel inside the tire? those are pretty respectable 60 footers. no matter what the problem, screws ARE NOT the answer.

I was running 16ps1,i marked the rim to tire before every run. a totoal of 6 runs. it was off about 3 inches every time.
