Default Nitto drag radial speed rating

Does anyone know if Nitto will come out with a Z rated drag radial in a 17" size? The only ones they have at that rating are the 18" versions.

Do you drive past 150 much? If not, I guess the V speed rating should be good enough. I have however taken mine past 160, no problems.

I only ask because I couldn't get a tune with them on. Have to switch them with my fronts and hopefully I won't have to do that in the future since I have plans to get the 315 rear size.

To tune the car, they needed to run past 160.

You should be fine. It's only at extended high speed runs where you might run into any problems. Besides, almost all drag radials/slicks have a very low speed rating, if any at all. The Nittos have the highest speed rating I have seen out of any of the drag radials. The BFG drag radials only have an R rating, and I don't even think MT advertises a rating for their DR. Take your car somewhere else to have tuned.
