Anyone installed prostars w/out longer studs

Default Anyone installed prostars w/out longer studs

Can this be done? I dont' really want to put in longer studs if I don't have to.

A lot of people do things that they shouldn't do so "sure, you can." However, I wouldn't advise it especially if you use spacers as you'll only get 5 turns on your lug nut. The studs will barely pass half-way through the wheel.

On front i would NOT NOT do it if your planning on using spacers. Both my fronts stripped off and broke with a 5/16 spacer on a 15x3.5 prostar. If you grind the brakes and dont run spacers youll be fine.

So far, so good for me. No spacers, and my new S60 rear came w/ a bolt in stud that maybe is a 1/4 longer then stock and I have plenty turns on the stock studs.
