I was running a BFG DR on my 03 Cobra, 295 30 18. That shold work jus right for you. They won't last very long though. You could also run a Nitto DR which is what i have on my Vette right now. They are both good but the BFG's are hook better IMO.

Just like Z O Sick said.

I like the Nitto's a little better as they handle and last longer on the street as opposed to the BFH's.

BTW I have some Nitto DR's for sale.

i paid a around $189/tire for 275/35/18 BFG DR's.

edit: the Nittos are 285/35/18, are a lil cheaper, and last a lil longer than the BFG's.

Thats really the size i would go with on a 9.5 inch tire if it was me. Just go to discounttiredirect.com or tirerack.com and search by 275/35/18 for DR's

Would 295/35/18 be too much for a 9.5" wheel? I see that BFG recommends a 10", but dammit they don't make Y2ks any wider than 9.5".

I hate Z06s, I only like 5 spoke wheels. I guess I'm stuck with 275/40/18s. Too bad they don't make a DR in that size.

well, I am running a 295/35/18 on a 9.5 rims, no issues. and they are drag radials, I am not suggesting you run them, they do fit though, but again not manufacter recommended probably would void the warranty that they do not have on them.
