I love the style of the wheels but I think they are a little to big.

I like how 17s and 18s look compared to the big 19s. Beautiful car though

Thanks man. It looks a lot better in person. After I took the pics I noticed they looked alot bigger than they do in person. I was thinking the same thing when I purchased them. The f-body wheel wells are so big that in person it looks perfect. Even the local hillbillys dig them. lol. I was going to originally get a set of 18" black Rebels but these caught my eye and are a much higher quality wheel.

Those look great.
Anyone know if you can get 18's with a wider 10.5" for the rear?

here i'll answer this one since i talked to the venders: as of last fall, 18s in black is a negative. they only made 19" tall wheels and i dont think they made that wide in the silvers either.

I happen to be looking for some 19's and remembered this thread.

Does anyone know if HP Racing went out of business? It seems so.

no they are still in business. they still sell these wheels too. search them on google and call up their customer service and they will recommend a distributer for you

Awesome choice, but not digging the lip on the fronts though, it makes the rims look a tad too big. I prefer no lip up front and deep dish out back to give a staggered look. JMO

Oh yea, and i suggest a black Berger panel to tie into the black rims

For that he would have had to get the 8.5 wide fronts and that means a 245 tire which is fairly narrow for our cars.

I'd rather have the 9.5 up front and a wider rear with a fatter lip, but hey. They just don't make them.

i think you should put a 1/4 in spacer in the back to push them out a little.

Yea, these cars just have narrower rears than fronts. You almost need a spacer of some kind in the rear to make them look proper.

Looks good. A small spacer on the rear wouldn't hurt.
