sorry if this is alittle off from what the orginal poster asked, but, its the same idea. i ordered a set of fikse profil 5S's (which i assume are alot lighter then my stock ws6 wheels), they are the same size as my ws6's (17x9.5), do you guys think i'll actually feel a noticable difference in power/handling going from the stock wheels to the profil fikses? i found weights for some of the classic fikses, but no weights for the profil fikses. if a 17x9.5 FM5 is 19lbs or so, a profil 5S should be lighter still? anyway, i bought the wheels mainly for the looks, but, i was hoping there'd be at least alittle performance gain as well.

I doubt they're gonna be noticably different. Just like I said in my post I bought a set of silver (not polished) WS6 wheels and they were 1lb heavier than the same size FM5's.

yeah, but FM5's are classic fikses, my understanding was that the profil's were lighter still then the classics? maybe its not enough to make a difference.
