C6 Corvette Wheels... What tire size???
Another please help!
I just won a set of C6 vette wheels off of ebay and need to know what size tires to run. The fronts are 18X8.5 and the rears are 19X10. I'm not trying to push the limits I just need to know what will fit and if I need any spacers. I noticed on SLP's website they sell a spacer for 17s do I need this or do I need something bigger for the 19s? Thanks for your help and if you can thing of any other helpful hints or know something I should know shoot it my way.
THANKS Y'ALL!

im running c6 replicas and i dont need a spacer but it sounds like you are runnin the real thing so you probably willneed one. Im not sure what size spacer but do your home work on witch brand to buy. My cousin has a set and the lugs keep snappin on them. I dont no wich ones he has but they were dirt cheep. As far as tire size you could go with like a 285 thats what im runnin on my 18-9.5's I know there not 19-10 but I wouldnt go wider with out doin enough research because mine sligtly rub in the back. for the front you can go with a 275.

lol this is a really old thread BUT since I'm selling my 18/19 combo I'll help you out.
First, they didn't make a 94 SS so I'll assume you're talking about a Z28.
Either way, you'll need a spacer or adapter, 1" in the rear should work, I didn't run one at all in the front and didn't have problems.
I had already cut out the bump stops and did the BFH mod to the rear so I put a 1/4" spacer and it worked fine.

I don't like the look staggered rims on an F-Body, so I sold the the front 18x8.5's and went with the rear 19x10's all the way around with 275/30/19 tires. But as I said, I didn't keep them long before I stepped back down to 18" rims. I'm attaching pics of the 19x10's all the way around as well as the type of 1.25" adapter/spacer you'll need for the rears. The adapter/spacers are available on eBay for around $65-$70 shipped.
Also, I had just let the car down when I took these pics and the front end had settled yet...it did level out after I drove it.
