Weld wheels chapter 11?

Weld wheels filed for bankruptcy? Good thing I just bought mine! I think that may be a different company...It says "decade old" business. Hasn't Weld Wheels, Inc. been around for longer?

To quote the story directly:
decade is 10 years, "decades" means more than 1 decade.
The decades-old family-owned business said it lost $1.1 million in the first six months of this year on net sales of $21.8 million.

Maybe they should have listened to what the customers want. We,the F-Body community have been begging them for years to build a wheel that fits, not doing so = lost sales.Maybe who ever buys them out will listen better.Let's hope

First off, those additional sales wouldn't have saved them, read the article and how much money they lost.
Second off, seeing how many people on this site alone have Welds, I'd say fitment didn't stop very many F body owners from buying them.

I have Welds...I don't have a problem with fitment...Just a little mods. But when it comes to modding, you can't expect everything to just fit without at least SOME work, or changing something.
