Question about M/T 325 DR's?

It's nice to have adjustable LCAs so you can move the wheel back and forth to minimize any trimming. They shouldn't rub the BMR LCA so you'll be ok in that department. I would give it a try with the BMRs, and if it doesn't work pick up some adjustable rod end LCAs that you can also offset.

Is this too much tire for a heads and cam car?
Also I may want to spray it or build a stroker in the future.....is this tire ok for that application.
The car is a M6, and I want to be able to leave hard out of the hole.

It is alot of tire but for an M6 with 4:11s it should work decent N/A. I think they will really do their best on the street. I would guess a more optimal tire at the track for your current set up would be a 275/60/15 if your suspension is working well, but the 325s just look so badass. I would stick with you current plan.
