Arrow Tire Size for 17x10.5 Wheels?

I have a 2002 Camaro SS 35th LE Vert. Well I decided to get the new American Racing Torq Thrust M's from Tomzwheels. I am putting 17x9 on the front and 17x10.5 on the back(they don't have 17x11). I am gonna get the Eagle F1 GS-D3 and put 275/40/17 on the front but was wondering if the 315/35/17 would fit the back without any modification or should I go with the 285/40/17 to be safe? Any feedback would be appreciated. What is going to be the actual difference between the 2 sizes in appearnace and performance?

315's ftm'fn win, the 315 will hug the ground more than the 285 obviously because it is a wider tire

I'd go with the 315. They should fit pretty easily.

Well, looks like I have to go with the 285/40/17 since the 315/35/17's are on backorder at Goodyear and no warehouse house in the U.S. has any.
