I have factory 17 and 18 inch magnesium vette rims on my 75 ta. I ended up using 2 1/2 inch adapters up front and 2 3/4 inch out back. That put the wheel/tire right out at the edge of the wheel opening as you look down from the top. I am not sure what the offset is on factory vette setups. Maybe someone else can chime in.

What I Did Is Put The Car On Jackstands Under The Rear Axle And Under The A Arms And Then Mocked Up My Tire Wheel Combo In The Wheel Well To Find Out Where Exactly I Wanted Them To Stick Out To. Then I Just Measured The Distance Inbetween The Rim And Rotor/drum. That Worked Perfect For Me. The Company That I Bought From No Longer Sells To The Public, But There Are Places On The Net You Can Get These. Just Shop Around. My Buddy Just Got Some For His S10 For Vette Rims And The Worked Great. But I Dont Remember Which Place He Got Them From. Both Him And I Have Driven Our Cars Very Hard With No Problems. Hope This Helps.

I Know 17x8.5 And 18x9.5 Combo Will Fit Easly, Wider Stuff Will Be Trickier To Determine Fitment. I Have Zero Rubbing With My Setup. Btw Tire Sizes Are 245/40/17 Up Front And 275/35/18 Rear. I Know There Is Room For A Little Wider Stuff Front And Rear, But That Would Take Some Careful Mockup.

I'd say 1.5" in the front and 2" in the rear.
