No, your rear end shouldn't break. Only if you decide to let loose a 5K clutch dump. Which if you do, make a video of it and post it. The stories of a rear end breaking on the street and on street tires are very few. Street tires will almost always break loose and spin and not put the rear end in a bind.

I have BMR Lower Control Arms with Poly bushings
I have a Spohn Adjustable chassis mounted torque arm
I have SLP subframe connectors
I have a UMI double adjustable rod ended panhard bar
If I motor along at like 3k rpm in first gear...and give it just past half throttle, my car goes sideways....all they way through 3rd gear if I don't let off.
Spinning tires = rear end lives!
Why my tires are spinning considering my suspension mods and the size of the tire...well....I am guessing it's coz the tires are old and worn out...lol. That different sized cam, long tube headers, LS6 intake...blah blah blah might have something to do with that too.
Either way, unless you're running slicks on the track, I don't think you'll be breaking your rear end anytime soon, just because of your new wheels and tires.

I had rubbing issues....
But nothing a big hammer couldn't fix. You should get a double adjustable panhard bar to center your rear end properly to avoid the fender lips from chewing up your tires when you have passengers in the rear or drive through dips in the road too fast.
A lot of guys lower their cars....mine is not lowered, but yet it is. It's a 98 Model, and they tend to sit lower than the 99 and up cars. My buddy has a 99, and mine sits at least one inch lower in the back than his.
