What weld wheel is this? 
I bought these wheels off a guy localy over the summer. I know there weld wheels and there a billet wheel but what are they called? He said he bought them new for his 95 vette and had them in storage for awhile. I could not find them on welds website.

Verdad Gallardo yeah, i was thinkin maybe it was just cuz it wasn't lowered. That's awesome though that you got it lowered. the town I go to school in is nothing but hills and i bottom out on my stock height sometimes! I wish i could lower but i can't

Yeah I wanted 40 series and that is the only place I could put them. I was thinking about painting them flat black so they would not stick out so much.
Edit: I am also going to have to get picks up of it lowered now. The weather is not good right now.
