Just ordered mine from Steve at SJM yesterday exact same set up. 
Any color pics yet? Need some pics to look at while I wait for mine to be built.
Also what did you do for lug nuts where did you get em and how much.

Yea I spoke to him also, excellent person to deal with, nice as can be. I would love to do the same thing as you order the rear and rims together and narrow it so I could get a sick looking lip. I just wish I had the extra money for a rear.

But, on a positive note, It will be done soon. I used discount tire chrome lugnuts ( factory length) .25 cents each.
