Default what drag slicks/radials can be daily driven/highway driven

i want to switch my 18inch Z06 rims for some more traction-able 16s or 15s, but i want to know what drags i can put on the back. i want tires that i dont ever have to switch when i go to the track but also can be driven on the highway.

can hoosier's be driven on the highway?
i want something with more bite then nitto 555s
are Mickey Thompsons ET streets highway able?

what tire fits my needs????
