Default Looking for Fikse 17X9.5 Profil 5 pics

Anyone have any pics of polished 17X9.5 Fikse Profil 5 wheels with the standard 38mm offset on their F-body? I've seen a ton of FM5 wheels, but would like to see the slightly different looking Profil 5 wheels. Thanks.

Chris

Very subtle in looks department. Virtually no point in buying Profils in the 17" size, compare to the Classic Line.

How does the weight differ between the classics and the profil wheels?

1-3lbs normaly, depends on size.

" LBS.
Fikse ARO Forged/Spun 17x10 18.9
Fikse FM-10 Forged/Spun 17x10 18.5
Fikse FM-10 Forged/Spun 18x8 20.8
Fikse FM-10 Forged/Spun 18x9.5 20.9
Fikse FM-5 Forged/Spun 17x8.5 17.5
Fikse FM-5 Forged/Spun 17x10 18.5
Fikse FM-5 Forged/Spun 17x8.5 16.0
Fikse FM-5 Forged/Spun 18x8.5 18.0
Fikse Mach 5 Forged/Spun 17x10 18.5
"

There are small changes in the looks, just have to look closely.
Also another difference is in the center section of the wheel. The centers on the classic series remain the same size as you increase wheel diameter. The difference is made up in the two outside sections. 17" FM5's have the same center piece as the 18" FM5's. When you step up to the profil series the centers change diameter as the overall wheel diameter increases.

i hope that helps you. i love mine cause they are different. if i had to do it all over again, i think i'd still get them instead of the FM5's.

Thanks for the replies. I am aware of the appearance differences between the classics and the profils, I have just never seen profil 5 wheels on an f-body. I also might be willing to spend a little more on the wheels if they will cut down some unsprung and rotational weight. That being said, I am still really interested in knowing the weight difference between the FM5 wheels and the Profil 5 wheels. If anyone knows, please chime in. And, if anyone has a pic of the Profil 5 wheels on an f-body, please post up. Thanks again.

BTW, those 5S wheels look sharp too. I am tempted to look into them as well. Thanks for the pics stokedporcupine.

Wow, that's really light. I know my 16X8 Z28 wheels weigh 17 lbs each. I'd like to stay as close to that as possible. The Fikse FM5 weighs 18 lbs, so going to the Profil 5S wheels looks like a nice improvement. Thanks for the info.
