Ruff 278's

Ruff 278's fitment
I'm not sure what offest I want on the these. I know that I want to run 18" x 9.5" on all four corners. But these come in 35mm and 45mm offsets.
It appears that with the 35mm offset this should put the wheels about flush with outside edge of the rear fenders. Would I need to roll the fenders or does the bump stop keep the tires from contacting the finder? I will more than likely run 275/35/18.
this is for a 02 TA WS6. not lowered at this time but is a possibility in the future.
Thanks

i cant help you with the offsets however i know the bump stop will not keep you from contacting the inner fender... if anything you might have to grind it a little bit so the rim and tire doesnt touch it when you put them on, but i have bigger tires.. You shouldnt have to do anything to make them fit... Usually the part of the inner fender that people hit with a hammer is about where the middle of the wheel would be at the front. You'll be fine.
here are the general tire height and width calculations for the what you could have now and what you will have. Some tires run skinnier or wider though.
245-50-16 25.65 h and 9.65 w
275-40-17 25.66 h and 10.83 w
275-35-18 25.58 h and 10.83 w
I use to run 295/35/18s on a 56mm offset with a 1/4 spacer which was fine for me for street use.

Looks like the more searching I've done I will go with the 9.5" with 45mm offset instead. due to the possibility of needing to roll or trim the rear fender with the 35mm offset.
I have not been able to find any one running the 9.5" and 45mm offset on all four corners...I think this set up will work fine unless I'm missing something? Any thoughts?
Thanks for your input.
